PD Pasar Jaya keeps finalizing the preparation of Kramat Jati grocery center construction. It is targeted that the groundbreaking is slated in October 2016.

PD Pasar Jaya Director, Arif Nasrudin, admitted his side has completed the design of the grocery center by this month.
“We need to prepare the design and its organization structure. It is hoped the groundbreaking can be run in middle of October,” he said, Tuesday (8/23).
Kramat Jati Grocery Center Operates DecemberAccording to him, the construction needs budget Rp 20 billion. The fund is taken from Bank DKI loan. He hopes Bank DKI will give low interest.
The loan is taken since the Government Equity Capital (PMP) can not be realized yet.
“PMP has been allocated for the construction, but it takes longer time to be disbursed,” he closed.
